Who we are
Northrose Real Estate LLC (“Northrose,” “we”) is a real estate brokerage in Bozeman, Montana. This policy explains what information we collect through northroserealestate.com and how we use it.
What we collect
When you use a form on this site, we receive what you type into it: your name, email address, phone number, and the details you give us, such as a property address, property type, timeline, and your message. We don’t ask for financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, or passwords, and we ask that you don’t send them through the forms.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to you, prepare a valuation or recommendation you asked for, and follow up on your inquiry. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t rent it to others.
Who handles it
Form submissions are processed by our website host, Netlify, and delivered to us by email. Our site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google when a page loads. The property search on our Property Search page is provided by Big Sky Country MLS through its Matrix system. Information you enter there, including any account or saved-search details, is handled under the MLS’s own policies, not ours. We may also share your information with a title company, lender, attorney, or other professional when you ask us to, or when the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
We don’t run advertising cookies or analytics tracking on this site. Our host and the services above may keep basic technical logs, such as IP addresses and browser type, to operate and secure the site. If we add analytics or marketing tools in the future, we will update this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as we need it to serve you and meet our recordkeeping duties as a licensed brokerage, and then we delete it or keep it only as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us and we will respond. If you receive messages from us and want them to stop, tell us and we will stop.
Children
This site is for adults and isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or email is completely secure, so please share only what you’re comfortable sending.
